MISSY COLES

​

Coach Missy competed for All-American Gymnastics in Jacksonville, FL, from 1995-2005. She competed Levels 5-9, and began training for Level 10 until it was time to hang up her grips. She was the 2003 Level 8 Region 8 All- Around Champion in 2003, held here in her hometown of Baton Rouge! 

 

Missy began coaching shortly after her time as an athlete ended, and did so on and off until she found herself back in Louisiana, where she decided to make coaching her professional career. She has spent the last three years at AIM, and the last year as XCEL Director.

 

On her off time, Coach Missy loves to exercise, cuddle with her dog, and spend time with her family. 

 

She strives to bring fun, passion for the sport, enthusiasm, and life lessons into the gym and is thrilled to be a part of PAC Gymnastics! She looks forward to what its future holds.
