These Classes are geared toward those athletes wanting to better their skills in tumbling and to help participants achieve goals that are beneficial to dance, agility, cheer, as well as progress into gymnastics classes.

1 Hour Class

*Must be at least 6 years old.

We offer Beginner Tumbling and Intermediate Tumbling Classes.

Beginnger Tumbling

This class is for those just starting out and have little experience. Participants will be learning the basics, including working on agility and strength. This class will also cover gymnastics skills such as handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs.

Intermediate Tumbling

This class is for those who have mastered the beginner skills and working to prefect Round-offs, Back Handsprings and more advanced skills.

Students will need to be evaluated in order to be placed in this class.
